As a Workforce Management Specialist at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing schedules that balance operational efficiency with employee satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the Workforce Management Lead and international teams, you will ensure accurate forecasting, compliance, and continuous improvement within our dynamic environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining schedules aligned with demand forecasts, service level agreements, and employee preferences. You will manage time-off requests, planned absences, and shrinkage through standardized processes. Additionally, you will build and refine mid-term forecasting models to match staffing needs and analyze key workforce metrics such as adherence and occupancy to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in contact center workforce management, particularly in scheduling. Proficiency in workforce management tools like NICE, Verint, Aspect, Calabrio, or Assembled is essential. Advanced Excel skills, a detail-oriented approach to planning, strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights, and clear communication skills are also required. Comfort in collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams is crucial.
