As the Workplace Coordinator at Helsing's Stockholm office, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and efficient work environment. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily office operations to ensure seamless functionality, providing comprehensive executive assistance to local leadership through calendar management and prioritization of communications, and organizing team meetings and events to support collaboration. Additionally, you will manage office supplies, coordinate with building management and external vendors, and act as the primary point of contact for external guests and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar workplace coordination role. Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential, along with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. Helsing offers a competitive salary and stock options (ESOP), relocation support up to €2,500 with four weeks of temporary accommodation, and a yearly learning allowance of €500/£450. Additional benefits may be available depending on the location.
