Workplace Coordinator

Wolt is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join our Austrian office, reporting to the Regional Workplace Manager, Central. This role is integral to our Real Estate and Workplace function, focusing on enhancing both Workplace Experience and Operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting on-site workplace operations and contributing to the development of our global workplace initiatives.

Key responsibilities include implementing policies and procedures to maintain a well-managed and safe office environment, managing employee requests related to office operations, and overseeing office supplies and consumables. The role also involves collaborating with IT and People Operations teams to update seating plans and support onboarding processes, conducting regular office walkthroughs to ensure service standards, and coordinating site-wide events. Additionally, the Workplace Coordinator will assist in training vendor partners on Wolt values and practices, manage reception duties, and maintain key registers and access authorizations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office or facilities management within a global, fast-paced, and high-growth environment. They should be self-motivated and proactive, with strong customer focus and excellent communication skills in both English and the local language. Proficiency in digital collaboration tools such as GSuite, Slack, and Zoom is essential. Event management experience is a plus, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and demonstrable problem-solving skills.

The position offers a monthly salary range of €3,338 to €4,172, determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Additional benefits and perks are available and can be discussed with our Talent Acquisition Partner.
