The Workplace Experience Coordinator at Capital on Tap is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Cardiff and Manchester offices. This role involves managing daily office activities, supporting new employee onboarding, and assisting with company events. The position is based in Cardiff, Wales, with monthly travel to the Manchester office.
Key responsibilities include overseeing office facilities, managing supplies, and proactively addressing issues to maintain a productive work environment. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for office-related concerns, liaising with building management and third-party vendors. Additional duties encompass supporting new employee onboarding, welcoming visitors and candidates, and assisting with company events, travel arrangements, and financial administration tasks such as invoice processing.
Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with employees, vendors, and senior stakeholders. Experience in managing supplier relationships and resolving issues promptly is required, along with comfort in handling basic financial administration tasks. The role also requires the ability to travel to Brighton regularly, at least once a month.
