In this role, the coordinator will oversee office operations such as facilities management, supply inventory, and proactively address issues to maintain a productive workspace. They will serve as the primary point of contact for office-related concerns, liaising with building management and third-party service providers. Additional responsibilities include supporting new employee onboarding, welcoming visitors, and assisting with company events and travel arrangements.
Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication abilities with employees, vendors, and senior stakeholders. Experience in managing supplier relationships and resolving issues promptly is essential. Comfort with basic financial administration, including invoice processing and expense tracking, is also required. The role involves regular travel to the Brighton office, with a minimum of one visit per month.
