Workplace Manager

Wolt is seeking a Workplace Manager to oversee the functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability, and efficiency of our offices in Romania. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our workplaces foster collaboration and focus for our employees. The Workplace Manager will be based in Bucharest and will also have remote responsibilities for our smaller satellite offices in Cluj and Timisoara.

The primary responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for landlords, vendors, and local stakeholders for all workplaces within the country. The role involves implementing policies, procedures, and programs to maintain well-managed and well-maintained buildings. Additionally, the Workplace Manager will lead various workplace programs such as food and beverages, mail services, space planning, and workplace technology. Managing site-specific workplace projects and initiatives to improve the office environment is also a key aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Experience in facilities management, vendor relations, and project management is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and local teams are crucial. A proactive approach to promoting employee satisfaction and ensuring prompt responses to concerns and needs is highly valued.
