Workplace Planning Lead
As the Workplace Planning Lead at Helsing, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our physical office spaces with the company's rapid growth. Collaborating closely with Workplace Managers, Real Estate partners, and leadership, you will oversee office expansions, relocations, and consolidations to ensure our environments empower teams to deliver effectively. This position is instrumental in shaping the future of our workplace function as we scale.
Your primary responsibilities will include guiding space transitions across existing office locations and developing seat and capacity planning models aligned with headcount growth. You will forecast workplace demand across various sites, define workplace standards and seating strategies, and implement data-informed decisions to support operational scaling. Additionally, you will coordinate real estate planning choices, such as lease renewals and expansions, and provide workplace data insights to inform lease negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in workplace planning, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, or facilities planning. Experience overseeing office expansions, relocations, or workplace transformations is essential. Strong systematic and planning skills, the ability to translate business growth into workplace needs, and excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills are required. Experience with space planning tools such as AutoCAD and fluency in German are advantageous.
Helsing offers a competitive salary and stock options (ESOP).
