As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our dynamic and innovative teams. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and engaging candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will develop effective sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment tools and processes, staying abreast of industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media industry and its talent landscape, with proven experience in direct sourcing and proactive candidate engagement. Excellent relationship-building skills are essential, enabling you to establish trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required, along with the ability to create compelling presentations and analyze recruitment data effectively.
