As an intern, you will be part of the Operations, Transformation & Change, and Onboarding team, contributing to initiatives that enhance efficiency and client experience. In this role, you will support daily operational processes related to trade settlement, reconciliation, data management, and client servicing. You will assist with process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing automation and control, and contribute to onboarding activities for new clients and business lines by documenting procedures, testing systems, and tracking progress. Collaboration with teams across operations, technology, and finance will be essential to identify pain points and recommend practical solutions.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail are essential. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required, and exposure to data analysis or visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a self-starter mindset and enthusiasm for learning about capital markets and process improvement, are highly valued.
