In this role, the intern will collaborate with key leaders from various teams to support the setup of process transformation projects. Responsibilities include defining objectives, deliverables, and timelines with process owners and key business users; diagnosing current processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement; defining and documenting target processes; collaborating with the in-house IT team to digitalise processes by defining requirements and overseeing solution development; deploying new processes and tools, including change management and user training; and monitoring and continuously improving newly deployed processes and tools.
