Account Based Marketing Specialist
Remote is seeking a data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to lead our paid acquisition strategy for high-value target accounts. This role focuses on expanding our presence across Employer of Record (EOR), Contractor Management, and Global Payroll services. The successful candidate will execute paid campaigns across EMEA, Americas, and APAC, utilizing advanced ABM platforms to target mid-market and enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include building and managing Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences within the ABM platform, leveraging intent data to trigger personalized ad experiences across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, and implementing HubSpot Smart Form Fills to enrich lead data and improve conversion rates. The specialist will also develop and implement search and social strategies, conduct performance audits, manage LinkedIn segment syncs, and oversee marketplace presence on platforms like Gartner Digital Markets.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in B2B performance marketing, specifically managing annual budgets exceeding $3 million across paid search and social channels. Advanced knowledge of tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is essential. Expertise in UTM architecture, conversion tracking installation, and data-driven decision-making is also required.
Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually.
