The Account Director will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication. Additionally, the role involves strategizing media investment allocations, enhancing retail media visibility, and ensuring consistency across the UK market.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 5-10 years of experience in retail media, eCommerce, or a related area. Essential skills include a deep understanding of eCommerce and retail media campaign management, proficiency in platforms such as Amazon, Criteo, and Citrus, and familiarity with major UK retailers and quick commerce partners. Strong project management, leadership, and people management abilities are also crucial for success in this role.
