Account Executive, Commercial
As an Account Executive, Commercial at Conga, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Business Development, and Transformation Specialists to deliver mission-critical projects that provide significant value to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive territory strategy that leverages multiple resources, including Business and Sales Development. You will be tasked with prospecting new clients, co-selling with partners, and aligning with key stakeholders such as RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations executives. Managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers will be a key aspect of your day-to-day activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of exceeding sales and prospecting quotas, demonstrating a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem are advantageous. A strategic mindset is essential, involving deep discovery, alignment with multiple decision-makers, and the ability to build meaningful business relationships while developing and growing the sales pipeline.
Conga offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $170,000 to $175,000, with additional variable incentive pay components.
