Principal Product Manager

The Principal Product Manager at Conga is responsible for guiding the product direction, planning, execution, and launch of product releases. This role bridges the technical and business worlds, designing products that customers and their clients love. Conga focuses on solving customer business problems and creating enthusiastic users in the process.

Key responsibilities include owning research, action plans, adoption strategies, and results for the products. The role involves mapping business ideas and use cases into product requirements and roadmaps, setting goals, determining priorities, and tracking deliverables. The Principal Product Manager creates solutions to product challenges while focusing on the best user experience and balancing company goals, product cohesion, and ease of implementation.

Required qualifications include a minimum of 12 years of Product Management experience, with at least 6 years in building B2B SaaS products from concept to post-launch. Experience with Contract Lifecycle products is strongly desired. The candidate should have successfully led a team of product managers to deliver high-quality products aligned with the company's vision and have experience handling B2B customers. A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
