Staff Product Manager

Conga is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of AI-enabled solutions within their product suite. This role involves collaborating with domain product managers and the AI Stack product manager to deliver intelligent, high-value solutions across multiple product domains. The Staff Product Manager will translate customer needs and market opportunities into ROI-driven roadmaps, guiding initiatives from discovery to launch and adoption. This position offers end-to-end ownership of operations and outcomes for a portfolio of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring that Conga’s AI investments create measurable business outcomes for customers and internal stakeholders.
