Technical Consultant
Conga is seeking a Technical Consultant to join their Global Technical Support team in Bangalore, India. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of Conga's CRM products by providing expert technical assistance to customers. As a Technical Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional support and fostering customer success.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include understanding, evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues related to Conga's CRM solutions. You will collaborate closely with customers to identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction by ensuring that Conga's products operate optimally.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of technical support experience, preferably with expertise in Salesforce,.NET, or Java. A strong understanding of workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, and approval processes is essential. Excellent troubleshooting skills, logical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly are crucial. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
