In this role, the Account Executive is responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, utilizing the MEDDICC sales qualification methodology. Key duties include sourcing the majority of the sales pipeline, conducting discovery calls, delivering web-based presentations, and negotiating contracts with new clients. The position requires engaging with VP and C-suite executives, navigating complex decision-making processes, and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Candidates should have at least three years of progressive B2B experience on an inside sales team and a minimum of two years in a SaaS environment. Proficiency in outbound pipeline and demand generation activities is essential, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Strong listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills are also required.
The annual salary for this full-time remote position ranges from $129,000 to $194,000, which may include potential sales incentive payments, equity, and benefits.
