Account Executive - Dutch/Flemish
As an Account Executive at Lighthouse, you will be the primary point of contact for independent hotels, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the hospitality industry by offering AI-driven solutions that enhance hotel operations and revenue management.
Your daily responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic territory plans to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. You will engage in proactive prospecting through various channels, conduct product demonstrations, and lead consultative sales processes. Utilizing AI tools, you will streamline lead generation and personalize client interactions to effectively address their unique needs.
We are seeking candidates with 2–5 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably within the SaaS or hospitality sectors. Fluency in Dutch or Flemish, along with exceptional English communication skills, is essential. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce are also required.
