Account Executive
Eurofins is seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. The Account Executive will be responsible for understanding and exceeding client expectations by solving problems and illustrating the value of our products and services to create growth opportunities. Key duties include performing prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking, following up with clients regularly to ensure needs are met, and maintaining a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors. Additionally, the role involves coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow and managing communications between upper management and employees.
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management. The ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities, understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services is essential. Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems are required. A willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects is also necessary.
