Account Executive
GlossGenius is seeking an Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role focuses on outbound sales efforts, targeting teams with two or more service providers. The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting qualified leads and demonstrating how GlossGenius can enhance business operations. The position is remote, with hybrid options available for candidates in the NYC or SF areas.
In this role, the Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification to closing deals. They will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, tailoring their approach to address specific pain points. Additionally, the Account Executive will onboard new customers, ensuring their successful integration into the GlossGenius platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, is essential to relay customer insights and feedback.
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and have 0-2 years of sales experience. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals, demonstrated through achievements in academics or previous roles, is preferred. Comfort with AI tools and a passion for continuous learning are essential. Strong time-management skills and a proactive approach to cold-calling prospects are also important.
Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $95,000, plus target equity and benefits.
