Account Executive, Higher Education (German Speaking)
As an Account Executive for Higher Education at Canva, you will be responsible for managing the entire university engagement lifecycle within the DACH region. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive adoption and growth of Canva's platform in higher education institutions. You will collaborate closely with administrators, faculty, and students to implement Canva campus-wide, ensuring successful onboarding and sustained engagement.
Key responsibilities include establishing and nurturing relationships with university stakeholders, providing strategic sales support, and facilitating the deployment of Canva across various departments. You will analyze user behavior and data to identify trends, inform product and marketing strategies, and continuously refine approaches to enhance user retention and engagement. Partnering with Customer Success, you will ensure that institutions achieve meaningful educational outcomes through the use of Canva.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the higher education market, with a strong understanding of university operations and instructional technology. Fluency in German and English is essential, as you will engage with stakeholders across the DACH region. Proven sales expertise, particularly in education software solutions, is required. Strong collaboration skills, experience with implementing new technologies, effective communication abilities, and a growth mindset are also important for success in this role.
