The Account Executive, Mid-Market role at 8am is designed for driven professionals eager to close deals and assist clients in achieving tangible outcomes. As part of a collaborative and high-performing sales team, the Account Executive will play a pivotal role in transforming how legal and professional services firms operate.

Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle for mid-market clients, encompassing prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. The role requires building a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals. A deep understanding of client challenges is essential to align them with the value of 8am's industry-leading solutions. Additionally, the Account Executive will deliver impactful product demonstrations and business case proposals to decision-makers, negotiate sound financial agreements, and accurately forecast and track sales activity in Salesforce to meet or exceed revenue goals.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of full-cycle closing experience, preferably in SaaS sales to mid-market or larger accounts, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quotas. A consultative, solutions-focused selling style is essential, along with the ability to influence and educate buyers. The role demands a self-starter with strong business acumen, confidence in deal strategy, and comfort navigating complex organizations. Proficiency in Salesforce is required, and experience with tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also necessary.
