Account Executive, Mirakl Connect
Mirakl, a global leader in e-commerce software solutions, is seeking an Account Executive for Mirakl Connect to join their team in Munich, Germany. Founded in 2012, Mirakl empowers businesses to launch and scale online marketplaces, connecting operators with a vast ecosystem of sellers and partners.
In this role, the Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients in the DACH region, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing. Responsibilities include driving new business and revenue growth for Mirakl Connect, serving as a Channel Management subject matter expert, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to accelerate customer value, tracking pipeline and performance metrics, exceeding sales targets, and monitoring market and competitive trends.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree being a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. Proficiency in both English and German is required, with French being a plus.
