Candidates should possess a passion for digital marketing, particularly in paid search, and demonstrate proficiency in core PPC technology platforms such as Google Analytics, SA360, and Skai. Current certifications in Google and Microsoft Ads are advantageous. An analytical mindset with basic data analysis knowledge is essential, along with a solid understanding of media planning fundamentals, including reach, frequency, channels, and formats. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are also required.
