Senior Associate, Planning
As a Senior Associate in Planning at WPP Media, you will be an integral part of a dynamic, multicultural team dedicated to delivering best-in-class campaigns for one of the world's most respected luxury groups. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, agency partners, and media partners. You will collaborate with managers on strategy development and idea generation, create and present comprehensive media plans, and manage the day-to-day needs of accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering reports such as media flowchart updates, budget updates, and post-campaign analyses, as well as negotiating and evaluating media campaign proposals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of media planning experience, preferably within a media agency, and possess strong client-facing skills. A keen understanding of industry changes and best practices is essential, along with excellent administrative and organizational abilities. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficient time management are crucial. A positive attitude, the ability to take guidance, and a proactive approach are highly valued.
