Account Executive, UK & Ireland Manufacturing
The Account Executive for UK & Ireland Manufacturing at Tulip is responsible for driving new business development and managing complex sales cycles within the manufacturing sector. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in the region.
Key responsibilities include breaking into and driving large, complex deals from lead to close, navigating large company procurement processes, and developing account strategies and plans to execute the sales process. The Account Executive will manage multiple customer opportunities simultaneously, build accurate forecasting, and maintain an operational cadence with management. Additionally, the role involves demonstrating Tulip's technology to end users and executing opportunities with channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in an Account Executive role, selling complex software solutions into the manufacturing sector. A deep understanding of the UK manufacturing industry is highly desirable. A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, excellent written and oral communication skills, and training or certification in value-selling sales methodologies are essential. Familiarity with and the ability to quickly learn tools like Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are also important.
