Internal AI Engineer
Tulip is seeking an Internal AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Somerville, MA. This role focuses on developing and implementing AI solutions to enhance our internal operations, ensuring efficiency and innovation within our processes. As part of our IT & Data department, the Internal AI Engineer will collaborate closely with various teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and drive the adoption of intelligent systems across the organization.
Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying AI models tailored to internal use cases, such as process automation, data analysis, and decision support systems. The engineer will work with stakeholders to understand requirements, collect and preprocess data, and build scalable AI solutions that align with business objectives. Additionally, the role involves monitoring the performance of deployed models, making necessary adjustments, and staying abreast of emerging AI technologies to continually improve our internal capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, data science, or a related field, with experience in developing and deploying AI models in a business environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with familiarity with AI frameworks and tools, is essential.
