Tulip is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract position based in Somerville, MA. This role involves working in a hybrid environment, with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and craft compelling job descriptions to attract diverse talent. Responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing passive candidates to extending and closing offers across various functions and seniority levels. The role also involves proactively building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline using creative sourcing channels, including AI-powered tools, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.

Candidates should have 4–6+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruiting experience at a tech company or fast-growing startup. Deep experience in recruiting for both technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) and commercial roles (Sales, CSM, GTM) within enterprise software or SaaS companies is essential. Proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI tools for sourcing and outreach is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage high-volume, complex workloads while staying adaptable and resilient as priorities shift.

The target hourly compensation range for this position is $40–$70 per hour. Tulip offers a flexible work schedule, virtual company events, and a dog-friendly office environment.
