Account Executive

The Account Executive at WPP Media is a pivotal member of the agency client team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and budget reporting processes, as well as managing the internal booking system. This role provides operational support to Account Managers and collaborates closely with the Implementation team to deliver media KPIs and maintain client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include coordinating internal departments by briefing the Implementation team on campaign plans, collaborating on media planning and buying across various channels, producing reports, managing client systems for invoicing, supporting plan changes, overseeing executional excellence within invoicing flows, delivering campaign performance reports, monitoring competition, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate should be solution-oriented, familiar with the media landscape, proficient in English, Excel, and PowerPoint, capable of prioritizing tasks, empathetic, proactive, and possess clear communication skills.
