Account Management Executive

Wolt is seeking an Account Management Executive to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. As a key member of the Account Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurant partners and contributing to Wolt's growth in Germany. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly expanding technology company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurant partners, building strong relationships, and driving their performance on our platform. Your daily tasks will include analyzing portfolio performance, conducting quality and satisfaction checks, providing analytical after-sales support, and introducing new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and implement campaigns with restaurant partners.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Project Management, Customer Support, Consulting, or Marketing. Fluency in German and conversational English is required. Strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is expected, and familiarity with analytical dashboards is a plus.
