Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of multi-media channels, including TV, online video, addressable TV, cinema, and radio. Proficiency in industry media planning tools such as Techedge, BARB, Media Ocean, and TGI is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical abilities, and effective time management are crucial. A proactive approach to learning and professional development is also highly valued.
