In this role, you will develop and maintain strong partnerships with important B2B customers, primarily concentrating on the sale of used vehicles. Your responsibilities include working with a diverse portfolio of dealers, comprising both cold and warm leads, and continuously enhancing sales structures within the B2B sector. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, monitor client performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues effectively.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in telesales, consistently surpasses sales targets, and possesses excellent negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with proficiency in CRM software and project management tools. Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous, and fluency in German is required to competently support our German-speaking clients.
