The Account Manager II will also analyze player behavior to identify engagement patterns and implement strategic adjustments, actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, and ensure compliance with VGW's policies and responsible social gameplay standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of demonstrated account management experience in either B2B or B2C settings, with a proven track record of developing and retaining high-value relationships. Proficiency in various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management systems like Salesforce and Tableau, is essential. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities are required to leverage data and insights for actionable recommendations.

The salary range for this role is CAD 93,000 to CAD 104,500 per year. VGW offers a flexible work environment with a hybrid setup, requiring in-office work twice a week, and a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
