Account Manager

Key responsibilities include owning a portfolio of accounts, driving retention and expansion, and managing the full renewal cycle. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, conduct regular account reviews, develop account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, sales, or a client-facing revenue role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a consultative selling approach are essential. Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and the ability to manage a large account portfolio effectively are also required.
The anticipated annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 CAD, with additional sales commission opportunities.
