Account Manager Paid Search (m/w/d)
WPP Media, a leading AI-driven media operating unit within WPP, is seeking an Account Manager Paid Search (m/w/d) to join their team in Vienna, Austria. This role involves managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across various platforms, contributing significantly to client success.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management, optimization, and strategic development of paid search campaigns. Your tasks will include designing, managing, and refining campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360, and Apple Search Ads. You will develop strategies to advance clients' paid search initiatives, analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities, and create insightful reporting dashboards with actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will prepare campaign evaluations and strategic advisory approaches, presenting them effectively to clients and partners. Collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and colleagues from the international network will be essential, as well as supporting workshops and new business topics.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in search engine advertising (SEA), with proficiency in Google Ads and, ideally, Microsoft Advertising. Knowledge of Search Ads 360 is also advantageous. Strong analytical skills are required to independently conduct complex analyses and derive concrete action recommendations. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with the use of AI tools to develop new approaches and improve processes, is expected. A strategic mindset, solution-oriented approach, and the ability to manage performance goals and budgets are essential. Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills to present complex content clearly to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, is necessary. Experience in project management and teamwork, with a structured and proactive working style, is also important.
WPP Media offers a competitive annual salary starting at €40,000 (based on a 38.5-hour workweek), with the possibility of overpayment.
