Account Manager, Restaurants
As an Account Manager at Wolt, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of approximately 150 restaurant partners. Your primary objective is to help these partners grow their businesses on our platform by identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and ensuring they fully utilize Wolt's tools and services. This role combines commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and direct collaboration with partners.
Your daily responsibilities will include spending 5–10 days per month visiting restaurant partners to strengthen relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their businesses. You will manage commercial renegotiations and drive the adoption of relevant Wolt products such as Wolt+, Wolt Ads, Wolt Drive, and Wolt Capital. Utilizing data, you will identify growth opportunities and guide partners through improvements that enhance performance. Additionally, you will support partners with day-to-day operational topics and process improvements, monitor performance using tools like Looker, and gather feedback to share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, from chefs to business owners. A commercial mindset is essential, with the ability to understand business drivers and identify opportunities to grow partner revenue and improve performance. Analytical skills are crucial, as you will be working with performance data and dashboards (e.g., Looker, Power BI) to inform decisions and tell a compelling story. Initiative and ownership are key, as you will take charge of your own portfolio and proactively push projects forward. Experience in sales or account management is advantageous, along with technical comfort using CRM systems and business tools. Fluency in both Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
