Account Manager - Retail
Wolt is seeking an Account Manager to join its retail team in Copenhagen, Denmark. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the success of retail partners on Wolt's platform. As part of the DoorDash family, Wolt is expanding its global logistics platform to deliver a wide range of products to customers' doors in minutes. The company operates in over 500 cities across 30 countries, serving more than 55 million registered users.
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key retail partners. Key duties include conducting quarterly business reviews to assess performance and strategize for future growth, identifying and prioritizing partner needs to co-create effective solutions, and introducing new Wolt product opportunities to expand partnerships and revenue streams. The role also involves driving revenue growth by enhancing venue performance through data-driven approaches, acting as a liaison between operations, support, marketing, and partners, and collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns that boost user acquisition and retention.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. Fluency in Danish is required for this position. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A high level of ownership and energy, with a team-first mindset, is essential. Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel and Google Suite is expected, and experience with BI tools like Looker or Power BI is advantageous. While experience in account management, customer success, or sales is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Experience in the retail or FMCG sectors is a plus but not essential.
