Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Wolt, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with restaurant partners in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Wolt is a technology company that started with food delivery in 2014 and has since expanded to deliver a wide range of products in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash to continue its global expansion.
In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for restaurant partners, ensuring their satisfaction and successful collaboration with Wolt. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting regular quality and satisfaction checks, providing analytical after-sales support, and promoting new services and marketing campaigns to existing partners. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or partnership management with a clear commercial impact. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and business development. Fluency in both the local language and English is required.
