As an Addetto/a Pratiche Auto at Auto1 Group's Agenzia1 team, you will play a crucial role in managing automotive administrative processes. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying and controlling the necessary documentation for automotive procedures such as registrations, ownership transfers, and mini-transfers. You will manage and input data with high precision to ensure information accuracy. Additionally, you will conduct meticulous analyses to guarantee the speed and accuracy of the checks performed and handle the preparation and management of reports and databases related to document controls.
The ideal candidate has prior experience, even brief, in automotive administrative procedures, preferably gained in consulting firms or dealerships. Proficiency with computer tools is essential, and familiarity with management software such as Leonardo, Pratica, or Sisco Digital Sta is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, high stress resistance, and a propensity for teamwork are also required.
We offer a permanent contract with a gross annual salary (RAL) between €24,000 and €27,000.
