Addetto/a Ufficio Gare

Eurofins Environ-Lab is seeking an Addetto/a Ufficio Gare to join our team in Corteolona e Genzone. As a leading provider of chemical and microbiological analysis services across various industrial sectors, we are committed to ensuring workplace safety and environmental compliance. Our laboratory boasts over 1,000 square meters of state-of-the-art facilities and a team of more than 50 dedicated professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring national and European tenders, analyzing technical and administrative requirements to identify relevant opportunities for the company. You will collaborate with various internal units to prepare administrative documents for bid submissions, oversee the awarding phases, and manage necessary compliance in case of assignment. Additionally, you will handle the registration and updating of supplier lists with national and international public entities and draft quotations.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in economics, law, chemistry, or related fields. Proficiency in English and the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Prior experience in national and international tenders, along with knowledge of procurement codes and public administration purchasing platforms, is required. Strong planning and organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and initiative are key attributes for success in this position.
