Eurofins Enviro-Works is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support within a high-paced laboratory environment, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality analytical testing services.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records. The role requires adaptability to new and changing situations, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Candidates should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be self-directed with a high level of initiative, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word. Attention to detail is crucial, and previous administrative experience is considered an asset.

This is a full-time, temporary position for 14 months, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role is onsite at our office, providing an opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.
