This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic legal environment, providing essential support to a team of legal professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality services to clients.

The Administrative Support Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including processing expense reports, entering time into databases, managing mailings, saving documents to the firm's document management system, and processing incoming and outgoing mail. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the efficient operation of the office.

Candidates should possess professional oral and written communication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple assignments, and the capacity to work well under pressure with a positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows—is required, along with the aptitude to learn new systems. Recent college graduates with experience in an office environment are preferred.
