Wolt is seeking an Ads and Promos Sales Manager to lead the development and execution of local sales strategies for our advertising and promotions business in Zagreb, Croatia. As part of the DoorDash team, Wolt is a global logistics platform delivering a wide range of products to users across 30+ countries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships with merchants in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our merchant ads business. You will design and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, build and manage strong relationships with restaurants, retailers, and brands, and negotiate and close advertising investment deals focused on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement. Additionally, you will be directly accountable for achieving ads and promotions revenue targets, motivate and guide the local account management team to exceed revenue and customer retention goals, and collaborate with central ads, marketing, and commercial teams to align on objectives and execution. Analyzing sales performance metrics and regularly reporting on ROI and key trends to leadership will also be key aspects of your role.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales or business development, with a strong background in ads and promotions. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Croatian and English is required, along with strong communication skills capable of presenting to senior executives and clients. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making, excellent negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win solutions, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment are essential. The candidate should also have the ability to build trusted relationships with merchants and cross-functional partners, influencing decisions with sharp commercial judgment, and possess strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
