Ads Strategy and Finance Manager
Wolt is seeking an Ads Strategy and Finance Manager to join its Ads & Promotions team in Helsinki, Finland. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic and financial direction of Wolt's rapidly growing Ads & Promotions business, which operates across 33+ countries. The position requires a blend of strategic planning, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you will lead strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance management processes for the Ads & Promotions organization. You will develop and maintain sophisticated financial and operational models to support investment decisions, business case development, pricing strategy, and long-term growth planning. Additionally, you will partner with business leaders to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and optimization levers across products, markets, and commercial initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include driving analytical deep-dives into key business drivers, customer behavior, monetization trends, and operational performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic finance and business leadership, with experience in building and maintaining financial models, conducting performance management, and supporting business case development. Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and modeling is essential, including the ability to structure, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks using platforms such as Looker, Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Strong cross-functional influence and execution skills are required to act as a strategic partner to various teams and to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve operational scalability and business performance. Operational excellence, including the identification and implementation of scalable processes and automation opportunities, is also a key aspect of this role.
