Houthoff is seeking an experienced attorney to join its esteemed Litigation & Restructuring team in Amsterdam. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-profile, complex, and often cross-border litigation cases, contributing to the firm's reputation as a leader in the legal industry.

As an attorney in this position, you will handle a diverse range of cases, including commercial disputes, insolvency litigation, and corporate restructuring. Your responsibilities will encompass representing clients in court proceedings, advising on restructuring strategies, and collaborating closely with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of three to seven years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong analytical aptitude and in-depth legal knowledge. A background in finance, securities, and insolvency law is advantageous. We value proactive individuals who are service-oriented, take initiative, and thrive in collaborative team environments.
