Agency Success Specialist
As an Agency Success Specialist at InfoTrack US, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Agency Success Team, ensuring seamless communication and performance monitoring within our national partner network. InfoTrack is a leading legal technology platform that connects law firms to courts and essential litigation services, aiming to enhance the efficiency of the legal system.
In this role, your primary responsibilities include conducting daily reviews of the Exchange job board to identify jobs at risk, proactively reaching out to partner agencies to drive job acceptance and coverage confirmation, and escalating unresolved issues to the Agency Success Director. Additionally, you will monitor inbound agency communications, support job reassignment when necessary, and assist in reviewing agency profiles for accuracy.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, professional communication abilities across various platforms, and proficiency in CRM/database systems and data analysis tools. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates holding an associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience. At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or coordinator role involving regular communication with external stakeholders is also desired.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30, depending on experience and skills.
