Agentic Systems Architect (AI Engineering)

Hyphen Connect is seeking an Agentic Systems Architect to join their AI Engineering team in Singapore. This role focuses on designing and implementing multi-agent orchestration frameworks that drive the company's advanced AI initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing robust tool-calling pipelines and optimizing real-time agentic workflows to enhance system performance.

Key responsibilities include architecting multi-agent orchestration frameworks, building robust tool-calling pipelines, and optimizing latency and token usage for real-time agentic workflows. The role requires a deep understanding of agentic retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and autonomous tool-calling to ensure efficient and effective AI operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph or AutoGen. A strong background in system architecture and workflow automation is essential to succeed in this position.
