Agentic Systems Architect (AI Engineering)

Hyphen Connect is seeking an Agentic Systems Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI engineering solutions. This role focuses on developing multi-agent orchestration frameworks and optimizing real-time agentic workflows to enhance the company's AI capabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting robust tool-calling pipelines and reasoning loops, ensuring efficient and scalable AI operations. Key responsibilities include optimizing latency and token usage to support real-time processing and decision-making within agentic systems.

Applicants should have proven experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph or AutoGen. A deep understanding of Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and autonomous tool-calling is essential. A strong background in system architecture and workflow automation is also required.
