AI Enablement Partner - HR

The AI Enablement Partner - HR at Canva is a specialist role within the HR Tech team, focused on designing, building, and scaling intelligent automation across the People technology ecosystem. This position bridges the gap between current system capabilities and future possibilities by utilizing low-code automation platforms, AI agents, and smart integrations to eliminate repetitive tasks and accelerate decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include developing automations that remove repetitive work across the People tech stack, creating AI-powered solutions like copilots and intelligent workflows to enhance self-service and support, and collaborating with the IT team to integrate systems such as Workday, SmartRecruiters, and CultureAmp. Additionally, the role involves ensuring data accuracy through automation and validation workflows, supporting the PSA team, and continuously improving automation performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate has experience building and deploying production-ready automations using platforms like Workato or N8N, preferably within HR Tech or related domains. Proficiency in developing LLM copilots, agents, or intelligent workflows is essential. The role also requires experience in consulting or learning and development capacities, emphasizing the importance of adoption, enablement, and training. Strong systems thinking, data accuracy, clear communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving inefficiencies are crucial.
