AI Engineer

Bisnow is seeking an entry-level AI Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team in New York City. This hybrid, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to apply artificial intelligence solutions across various business functions within a leading B2B media platform in the commercial real estate industry.

The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Claude skills that automate and enhance daily workflows. Key tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, creating and testing AI-driven tools, and maintaining a comprehensive skill library. Additionally, the role involves building internal tools and applications using Claude Code, integrating AI workflows with existing systems, and providing training and support to promote AI adoption across the company.

Ideal candidates should possess a strong interest in artificial intelligence, clear analytical thinking, and excellent written communication skills. While prior professional experience is not mandatory, familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor through personal projects or self-study is highly desirable. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with various teams, a proactive approach to learning, and a commitment to developing practical AI solutions that drive business value.
